Once your Will has been signed it becomes a legally binding document, it then makes sense to store it carefully. Ideally, it should be somewhere safe, where no one can get unauthorised access to it and where your Executor will know how to retrieve it.

• A discount on future amendments to your Will.

• We also store other related documents (Powers of Attorney, Property Title Deeds, Living Wills, Severance of Tenancies Deeds etc) together with the client’s Will at no additional charge.

• Letters to your Executors/Trustees/Guardians confirming their appointment and details of their duties if you give permission.

• The location of your Will will be registered with Willdata. (Normally £15).

• A free Probate Helpline for you and your Executors whatever the query about probate.
